Two of our most prestigious law firm conglomerates now seeks high powered (JD’s) plaintiff attorneys for newly created positions for expanding division. (Must have NY Bar. NJ Bar a plus). Seeking 5 + years personal injury litigation experience. (Federal Court and Trial experience a plus). Fact and expert witness deposition experience as well as discovery practice. (Must have litigation expertise in any of the following areas; motor vehicle, premises liability and construction.) Any insurance/first party coverage experience a plus. Responsible for development of case, investigations and strategies. Must have strong communication and correspondence skills to work in high powered environment accompanied strategic and analytical mindset. Draft legal documents, including pleadings, complaints and motions. Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel. Must have strong writing and research skills to handle wide variety of caseload. Advise clients on their legal rights and options throughout the ligation process. Stay updated on changes in personal injury law and relevant regulations. Interface with partners, various clientele as well as paralegals and legal team. Must have strong presentation and negotiation as well as multitasking and detail-oriented skills. Team-oriented and client focused. Legal systems/technology a plus. MS Suite
Pay: $200,000.00 – $400,000.00 per year
