Job Title: Associate Attorney (Business Litigation)
Location: Stuart, FL
Salary: $110,000 – $125,000/year (DOE)
About the Role:
We’re seeking a business litigation associate with 4–6 years of experience to join our Stuart office. This is a full-time, exempt position reporting directly to the Managing Partner. The ideal candidate will have strong litigation skills, a proactive work ethic, and a drive to achieve top results for clients.
Responsibilities:
Manage full caseload from inception to resolution
Draft and file pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda
Conduct legal research and prepare for depositions, hearings, and trials
Advise clients and develop case strategies
Supervise paralegals and legal support staff
Maintain regular client communication and case updates
Participate in business development and firm meetings
Qualifications:
JD from accredited law school
Active member in good standing with The Florida Bar
4–6 years of business litigation experience
Trial experience preferred
