From Supply Chain Area and supporting all the areas beneath, we are looking for a Jr. Law Advisor.
PROFILE REQUIRED:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Law/Engineering or similar.
- Between 1-4 years’ experience in contract/procurement management.
- Experience in drafting and negotiating contracts.
- Experience in making contractual back-to-back.
- Fast-paced environment, must be flexible and have the ability to mediate for reconciling positions of different interests.
- Ability to re-establish priorities as necessary.
- Strong attention to detail and highly organized.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong influencing skills.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
- High level of written and spoken English and Spanish.

- Jornada intensiva (35 horas semanales) desde el 15 de junio al 15 de septiembre. Del 1 de febrero al 14 de junio y del 16 de septiembre al 30 de noviembre se realizarÃan 42 horas semanales…y el resto, 40 horas en horario flexible de entrada (entre las 7 y las 10) y salida (a partir de las 16:45 pm), viernes intensivo y 2 dÃas de teletrabajo a la semana.
- Ubicación: oficinas en Madrid (zona Norte).
RESPONSABILITIES:
- Develop and update Procurement Contracting Conditions packages to address evolving market needs and project requirements.
- Draft, review, and maintain corporate Procurement-related agreements and contractual templates.
- Support Procurement teams in the implementation of contracting conditions, ensuring alignment with internal procedures and best practices.
- Review, assess, and negotiate vendor / provider deviations from Procurement Contracting Conditions, identifying contractual, commercial, and risk implications.
- Provide training and guidance on Procurement Contracting Conditions and contractual matters.
- Advise on contractual queries, deviations from standard conditions, and risk allocation. Support the resolution of contractual issues, disputes, and clarifications related to Procurement Contracting Conditions and Purchase Orders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Supervision, Monitoring and Coordination Activities: Supervise and coordinate personnel involved in the preparation, review, and implementation of Procurement Contracting Conditions, ensuring consistency, quality, and timely delivery. Supervise the contract flow-down of Client and Project conditions to the Procurement Contracting Conditions. Allocate and manage resources across activities, providing oversight and technical direction to team members. Supervise and coordinate personnel to evaluate and align vendor deviations, ensuring consistency with project requirements and risk mitigation strategies. Support personnel during negotiation with vendors. Ensure alignment of contractual requirements across all disciplines and throughout the project lifecycle.
