Bankruptcy Paralegal – Be the Backbone of Our Legal Team

If you know your way around Best Case software, bankruptcy petitions, and client communication, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing (AKA Why You’ll Be Awesome Here)
Own the Petition Process – You’ll prep, review, and file bankruptcy petitions like a pro. Every “i” dotted, every “t” crossed.
Be the Bridge Between Clients and Attorneys – You’ll guide clients through the process, making sure they understand what’s happening and what comes next. No legalese, just real talk.
Keep Us Organized & On Track – You’ll manage case files, stay on top of deadlines, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
Make Sure We’re Always a Step Ahead – You’ll stay on top of bankruptcy law updates and help us pivot when needed.
Assist in Litigation – When cases require extra muscle, you’ll be there to gather evidence, prep exhibits, and make sure we’re ready to win.
What You Bring to the Table
Experience in bankruptcy law (You’ve done this before and can hit the ground running).
A brain wired for organization – Case files, court deadlines, client documents… you keep it all in check.
Best Case software skills (a big plus).
A knack for clear, friendly communication – Our clients need an ally, not a robot.
The ability to work independently AND as part of a fast-moving, no-nonsense team.
