Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Investigation Paralegal to support our team in handling complex transportation defense cases. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-stakes litigation while developing your skills in a supportive, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Summary of Initial Investigation: Prepare summary of all information discovered through preliminary investigation.
- Discovery: Propounding, Review responses and production documents; Index and structure documents for the purpose of trial; Prepare and identify records requests; Non-Party Discovery.
- Investigation of Agencies’ Materials
- Records: Identify any relevant requests for documents to be made from information found through investigations.
- Investigation of Scene
- Investigation of Social Media
- Investigation of Suit
- Investigation of Plaintiff
- Investigation of Defendant Driver
- Investigation of Defendant Company
- Investigation of Defendant Company Owner and/or Driver
Qualifications:
- Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience in litigation support.
- Experience in case management, document production, and trial preparation.
- Proficiency with legal databases (VerdictSearch), case management systems (Dynamics), and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Skills & Competencies:
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Understanding of federal court procedures preferred

Pay: $65,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
