Key Responsibilities:

• Support lawyers by maintaining files and calendars

• Produce and format legal documents and correspondence

• Provide hearing, arbitration, and litigation support

• Assist colleagues with various administrative tasks

Requirements:

• 5+ years as an Administrative Assistant

• Diploma from an accredited college preferred

• Strong English communication skills

• Knowledge of BC Supreme Court processes

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
