I'm working with a well-regarded Irish commercial law firm to identify a Real Estate Solicitor to join their busy property team in Dublin on a permanent basis.
This is a strong platform for a solicitor at the early-to-mid stage of their career — the firm has a well-established real estate practice acting for a diverse client base including property companies, institutions and investors, with exposure to complex, high-value transactions across both commercial and residential property.
The Role
You'll work across a broad range of real estate matters including:
- Commercial and residential property transactions
- High-value acquisitions, disposals and development work
- Acting for institutional clients, property companies and investors
- Working as part of a collaborative, well-structured team
What They're Looking For
- 1–3 years PQE
- Solid real estate experience gained in a reputable firm
- Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness
- A genuine team player with good client communication skills
