Role Description
Applicants must have atleast 4 years of work experience in Intellectual Property Litigation.
This is a full-time on-site role located in Delhi, India for an Intellectual Property Litigation Associate at Wadhwa Law Chambers. The Intellectual Property Litigation Associate will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of the litigation process, including drafting, attending hearings and trials, and assisting in the preparation of briefs and other documents.
Qualifications
LLB/LLM
Licensed to practice law in India
4 years Experience in intellectual property litigation, including trademark, copyright, and design infringement
Strong legal research and writing skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Self-starter with an ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Previous experience of Intellectual Property litigation is mandatory
