Patent Litigation – Life Sciences ANDA Associate – New York – Mid to Senior Level
Our client is a major international firm, seeking a mid-senior level Patent Litigation Associate for its Intellectual Property and Technology group in New York. The salary for this position is between $365k to $435k.
Qualifications
5 to 8 years of patent litigation experience involving ANDA litigation/life sciences cases.
Experience in all phases of litigation, including managing written discovery, brief writing, and at least 3 years of taking depositions experience.
Excellent academic credentials, strong legal research, writing and analytical skills.
New York bar admission.
Excellent client-interfacing skills; team focused.
All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
