Overview
We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Intake Specialist to join a U.S.-based criminal law firm. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish, has previous law firm intake experience, and is comfortable using Lawmatics or a similar legal CRM system.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and conduct initial client intake consultations
- Accurately and efficiently sign up new clients
- Follow up with prospective clients via phone, text, and email
- Enter, update, and manage lead information in Lawmatics
- Communicate with potential clients in a professional, empathetic, and clear manner
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Spanish, with a neutral or clear accent preferred
- Previous experience handling intake for a law firm is required
- Experience using Lawmatics or a similar lead-management system
- Strong phone presence and excellent customer-service skills
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional work environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with U.S. criminal law intake processes
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
