Position: Intake Coordinator
As an Intake Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, playing a key role in our client onboarding process. This position is ideal for those with a strong sales or customer service background who thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls and online inquiries from potential clients
- Gather and enter essential case details into our case management system
- Assess case details to determine eligibility for legal representation
- Provide potential clients with information about their legal options
- Schedule remote appointments and facilitate client retention
- Assist in reviewing legal documents and coordinating with other departments to ensure a seamless client experience
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: High school diploma or GED required
- Experience (Preferred but not required): 1 year in a call center, sales, or customer service role
- Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong communication (written & verbal) and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent listening, comprehension, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general PC literacy
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
