Key Responsibilities:
• Provide daily legal and administrative support to lawyers
• Prepare and format court documents with high accuracy
• Manage large volumes of litigation documents and emails
• Assist in document productions, including affidavits
• Maintain schedules and coordinate client meetings
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Legal Assistant or Paralegal program
• 2+ years of experience in law firm or litigation support
• Familiarity with document management systems and Casepoint
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities
