Your ability to analyze claims and relationship management will drive success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review claim details and analyze potential liabilities
• Manage communications regarding coverage with involved parties
• Build strong collaborations with brokers and partners
• Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks
• Attend hearings and mediations, providing insights
Requirements:
• Juris Doctor with 5+ years of relevant legal experience
• Required adjuster license(s)
• Background in insurance claims field
• Strong verbal, written, and negotiation skills
• Detail-oriented approach to file management
