The fire’s been out for three weeks and the adjuster’s already been. Now there’s a two hundred page policy on your desk, a warehouse that isn’t there any more, and a client who needs to know by Friday what it’s actually on the hook for. That’s this job. First party property, catastrophic losses, coverage and bad faith, the big numbers end of insurance litigation, for a firm that wants eight years plus and pays $260k to $285k for it.
You can do it from home, from the office, or some mix of the two. It’s your call.

What you’ll be doing:
- Managing a high volume, sophisticated docket of complex first party property and coverage matters
- Advising insurer clients on high exposure claims and catastrophic losses
- Coverage analysis, motion practice, discovery, depositions and trial preparation
- Working closely with partners and clients on strategy
What you’ll have:
- 8+ years of experience in complex insurance coverage and related litigation
- First party property experience strongly preferred, with bad faith and large loss a plus
- Admitted to The California Bar
- Exceptional research, writing and oral advocacy, with strong academic credentials
