Hiring Immigration Lawyers – Independent Contractor
We are seeking experienced immigration attorneys to join our team as independent contractors. This is a flexible, remote position with work assigned on a flat-fee per matter basis.
Requirements:
– Minimum 2 years of experience in immigration law
– Expertise in handling cases such as:
– EB1A, EB1C, EB2NIW, EB3/PERM
– EB4/I-360-R/VAWA
– L-1A, E-2
– Removal Defense, Asylum
