Draganfly is seeking a seasoned legal professional with 3–5 years of post-call experience. You will play a critical role across various business operations, advising on matters such as commercial agreements and intellectual property strategies. Your expertise will be essential in supporting the company’s compliance with UAV regulations and corporate governance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements
• Advise on UAV regulatory compliance and data privacy
• Support corporate governance and board activities
• Provide counsel on intellectual property strategies
• Manage litigation and external counsel relationships
Requirements:
• LL.B. or J.D. from an accredited law school
• Called to the Bar in Canada or the U.S.
• 3–5 years of legal experience, in-house preferred
• Strong skills in drafting and negotiation
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
