- Two senior roles | In-house Construction/Commercial Management | SYD & MELB
- Use your construction, infrastructure, PPP or renewables legal experience in non-traditional practising roles
- Packages ranging between 200-300K+
The Roles
- Role 1 – Our client is a multinational green energy company. A leader in its industry and voted one of the world’s smartest companies. There is now an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Manager to join the Melbourne office. This role will suit candidates with experience across supply contracts, renewable energy and/or construction/infrastructure projects. This will be a critical early-stage hire responsible for managing the pre-execution negotiation and approval process for OEM supply contract. You will work closely with Head of Commercial and the wider global teams to ensure robust supply and service contract structures.
- Role 2 – Our client is an internationally recognised transport solutions specialist. Priding itself on its sustainable and innovative services and software our client is a leader in the transportation industry. There is now an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Manager to join the in-house team in Sydney. This role will suit Commercial Managers or Construction Lawyers with 4 to 8+ years front and back end experience. In this role you will manage contracts for major projects; draft complex correspondence, build claims, and negotiate dispute resolutions in collaboration with project and commercial managers; prepare contract summaries; manage risk; and manage internal and external stakeholder relations.
