Compensation: $180K-$240K + 15% bonus + equity; $200K-$300K + equity; $180,000 – $250,000+; additional ranges vary by role

This role focuses on 8+ years strong commercial contracts experience; own complex commercial transactions end-to-end including SaaS, technology agreements, vendor/partner agreements, IP licenses, commercial risk, contract strategy, and client-facing negotiations.

Senior Counsel Specialist

Compensation: $200K-$300K + equity

Experience: 7+ Years

Work Model: Remote

This role focuses on 7+ years deep focused experience in one specialty vertical: data privacy, financial regulatory, healthcare regulatory, or employment law; advise clients on regulatory/compliance matters; negotiate agreements with regulatory dimensions; build precedent libraries, playbooks, form agreements, training materials, and internal knowledge databases.

Commercial Counsel – SaaS / Technology Transactions

Location: New York, NY; Austin, TX; San Francisco, CA

Compensation: $180,000 – $250,000+

Experience: 5-9 Years

Work Model: Remote / Hybrid
