#THEROLE
We are seeking a highly qualified Immigration Lawyer, for our Lisbon Office, with expertise in Portuguese immigration framework, visas, and citizenship programs. This is a client-facing role where you will deliver bespoke legal solutions, guiding individuals and families through the complex processes of relocation, residency, and citizenship.
#ABOUTTHEJOB
- Advise and support clients in navigating immigration, visa, and citizenship pathways, including investment-based options.
- Manage end-to-end legal processes with precision, ensuring compliance with Portuguese and international regulations.
- Develop tailored mobility strategies, providing a consultative and solution-oriented approach.
- Partner with a multidisciplinary 360º team to deliver a seamless client experience, while maintaining ownership of your projects.
- Ensure consistent communication, follow-ups, and advisory throughout the client journey.
- Support in expanding the business within international market.
#ABOUTYOU
- Law Degree with proven experience in immigration law.
- Registered with the Bar Association (mandatory).
- Fluent in English and Portuguese (both written and spoken at a professional level) – Spanish is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years handling Portuguese visas, residency, and citizenship (including citizenship by investment).
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a structured team process.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, ethical, and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple client cases simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted client relationships.
- Ambitious, proactive, and driven to deliver excellence.
