We are seeking an experienced Immigration Lawyer with a minimum of 2 years of immigration law practice to join our
dynamic
legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Canadian immigration processes and regulations, and a
proven track record
of successfully representing clients in various immigration matters.
Responsibilities Provide legal advice and representation to clients on immigration matters, including but not limited to permanent residency, work permits, study permits, and citizenship applications.
Prepare and file immigration applications and appeals, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support client cases.
Stay updated on changes in immigration law and policy to effectively advise clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the immigration process.
Collaborate with other legal professionals and support staff to ensure efficient case management.
Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree from an accredited institution.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in immigration law.
Strong knowledge of Canadian immigration laws and procedures.
Excellent
communication
and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.
Membership in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
