Duties:
Manage a diverse caseload of family-based, employment-based, and removal immigration matters
Provide legal advice and representation to clients throughout the immigration process
Draft legal documents, including petitions, applications, and motions
Represent clients in immigration hearings and before government agencies
Collaborate with clients to develop case strategies and provide regular updates
Stay current on changes in immigration law and apply relevant regulations to cases
Assist in mentoring junior attorneys and legal staff
Work towards building long-term client relationships
Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience practicing immigration law, particularly in family, employment, and removal cases
Fluency in English and Spanish
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously and meet deadlines
Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Certifications:
An active member of the Florida Bar
Skills:
In-depth knowledge of immigration laws and procedures
Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software
