Key Responsibilities
✔ Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements, including construction, financing, investment, procurement, and service contracts.
✔ Provide strategic legal advice on commercial risk management, real estate transactions, regulatory matters, and corporate governance.
✔ Handle property transactions, lease agreements, and title related matters.
✔ Manage litigation, legal claims, and dispute resolution while coordinating with external legal counsel.
✔ Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
✔ Conduct legal research and provide practical legal opinions to support business decisions.
✔ Review and advise on employment, labour, and business-related legal matters.
✔ Support internal stakeholders with legal awareness initiatives and risk mitigation strategies.
Requirements
✔ Attorney-at-Law with a valid practicing certificate.
✔ Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience.
✔ Strong background in commercial, corporate, real estate, and regulatory law.
✔ Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
✔ Ability to work independently and manage multiple legal matters effectively.
✔ Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
