As an Immigration Consultant, you’ll guide customers from their very first question all the way through visa approval and beyond. You’ll combine deep immigration expertise with product thinking, helping us turn today’s manual, high-touch processes into scalable systems and software.
This role is designed for someone with a legal background who is excited by startups, technology, product thinking, and building things. You’ll work directly with customers, founders, product, and engineering to define what “great” looks like in modern immigration.
Base compensation for this role starts at 30,000-45,000 THB per month with possible bonuses, depending on experience and performance.
What You’ll Own
1. Customer & Case Strategy
- Guide customers through their immigration journey, from initial consultation through approval and post-approval support.
- Assess complex cases, define the best path forward, and ensure submissions meet high standards of accuracy and compliance.
2. Systems & Operations
- Turn recurring legal and operational problems into scalable workflows, rules, and processes.
- Identify patterns across cases and continuously improve how we work — making cases faster, more reliable, and easier to manage at scale.
3. Product & Technology
- Work with product and engineering to translate immigration rules and real-world workflows into software.
- Help shape our app, dashboards, automation, and AI tools based on what actually happens in real cases.
- Think beyond the individual case: how can we solve this problem better for the next 1,000 customers?
4. Immigration Knowledge
- Stay ahead of visa rules, government practices, and policy changes.
- Turn complex immigration knowledge into clear, structured information that can power our team, customers, and technology.
Who We’re Looking For
- LL.B. (or equivalent law degree)
- Strong legal reasoning and attention to detail
- Clear communicator in both English and Thai
- Hands-on experience with Thai immigration, visas, and work permits preferred but not required
- Excited by technology, product, and building scalable systems
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment and solving problems that don’t always have an established playbook
