Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Immigration Attorney based in Stamford, CT. The Immigration Attorney will handle a range of client cases related to investment-based immigration (EB-5, E-2, L-1), business visas, and family-based immigration matters. This position involves legal research, case preparation, drafting petitions, client consultation, and ensuring compliance with U.S. immigration laws and regulations. The attorney will work closely with clients and other legal professionals to create and implement effective immigration strategies while managing case files with accuracy and timeliness.
Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge of Immigration Law and expertise in areas like Visas and family-based or investment-based immigration
- Experience handling complex Immigration Issues and providing legal solutions to clients
- Understanding of U.S. legal processes concerning immigration and Visa applications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, research abilities, and legal drafting expertise
- Experience in managing cases, working directly with clients, and ensuring compliance with regulations
- Bar membership in good standing; admission to the Connecticut State Bar is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree and Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Multilingual capabilities and experience working with clients from the MENA region are a plus
- Ability to work on-site in Stamford, CT
