What we need?
We are looking for an Immigration Attorney who is confident, fast-moving, intellectually curious, and genuinely passionate about immigration law and advocacy.
Position Details:
Please note that this is not an entry-level attorney position. The right candidate will have approximately 2–5 years of substantive U.S. immigration law experience, with meaningful experience in removal defense and asylum litigation, in addition to affirmative USCIS practice.
This is a full-time, fully remote position. While your day-to-day work will be remote, the role requires in-person appearances at Immigration Court and USCIS interviews as assigned, primarily throughout the New York City Metropolitan Area. Candidates must therefore be able and willing to travel for appearances when needed. Occasional attendance at our Melville, New York (Long Island) office may be needed.
This is a hands-on professional role. You will be expected work with our support team, develop litigation strategy, analyze complex immigration histories, conduct highly skilled legal writing, and confidently advocate for clients before government agencies and Immigration Judges.

Compensation:
Salary will be determined based on skills & experience. Rest assured, there will be a clear path to compensation increase based on workload expansion & performance.
