🚨 We're Hiring | HR Specialist
📍 Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, payroll coordination, and government-related processes while ensuring full compliance with Saudi Labor Law and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily employee affairs operations, including contracts, renewals, job changes, and employee terminations.
• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
• Handle HR transactions through government platforms such as Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI, Absher, and Muqeem.
• Coordinate the issuance and renewal of work permits, residency permits (Iqama), and visas.
• Prepare and review monthly payroll data to ensure accuracy before processing.
• Coordinate with the Finance Department regarding payroll, employee benefits, deductions, and settlements.
• Monitor attendance, leave balances, and employee records while preparing related reports.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and company policies and procedures.
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and analytical insights for management.
• Contribute to improving HR processes, systems, and operational efficiency.
• Represent the company before government authorities and complete official transactions when required.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in HR Operations or Employee Relations.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR best practices.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
⭐ Experience using Jisr HR System.
⭐ Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
