Law Offices of Sharma & Associates PC is a boutique personal injury law firm in Houston, TX providing attention and detailed care to each client. We treat all clients like family and all employees like family as well as we are a team to ensure client’s best interest are served.
Responsibilities:
- Client Intake of auto crash cases, setting up claims with 1P and 3P, sending LOR, finalizing liability and coverage; policy coverage checks
- Setting up treatment, sending LOP, and case management of treatment
- Requesting subrogation liens
- Requesting all records and bills, preparing demands, and sending reduction requests
- Draft legal documents such as lawsuits, counter-demands
- Maintain client files
- Communicate with clients, adjusters, and attorneys on weekly basis
- Willing to learn and grow with the firm
- Must have a positive attitude and truly care for others
Job Type: Full-time

- Houston, TX 77014: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
- 1 year personal injury intake to demand experience preferred
- Spanish Speaker
