Role Description The Human Resources Officer role at AL SADARA MANPOWER is a full-time, on-site position based in Doha, Qatar. The HR Officer will handle day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, preparing contracts, and supporting recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes. This role will assist in implementing HR policies and procedures, coordinating performance reviews, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company standards. The HR Officer will manage employee relations by addressing inquiries, supporting conflict resolution, and promoting a positive work environment. The position will also involve developing and updating job descriptions, preparing HR reports, and collaborating with management to support workforce planning and organizational initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience in day-to-day HR operations.
  • Ability to develop, implement, and maintain HR Policies that align with organizational and legal requirements.
  • Proven skills in Employee Relations, including handling employee inquiries, supporting conflict resolution, and fostering engagement.
  • Experience in Job Description Development, including creating, reviewing, and updating role profiles to support recruitment and performance management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certifications are an advantage).
  • Knowledge of Qatar labor laws and HR best practices, preferably within the manpower or staffing sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR information systems, with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
