Experience: 2–3 years (UAE experience preferred)
Role Purpose
To support end-to-end HR operations while managing government relations, visa processing, and compliance in line with UAE labour laws and company policies. This role ensures smooth employee lifecycle management and timely coordination with government authorities.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Operations –
- Support HR on employee lifecycle processes: onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exits
- Own & Maintain and update employee records (HRMS, personnel files, documentation)
- Support payroll inputs: attendance, leave records, overtime, and final settlements
- Own & Handle employee queries related to HR policies, leave, and benefits
- Assist in drafting HR letters (offer letters, salary certificates, NOCs, warning letters, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and UAE Labour Law requirements
2. Visa & PRO / Government Relations
- Own end-to-end visa processing: employment visas, renewals, cancellations
- Own & Coordinate with authorities such as MOHRE, GDRFA, and free zone authorities (e.g., JAFZA / DWC)
- Own the Process in coordination with the external parties – Emirates ID, medical tests, labour contracts, and insurance documentation
- Own & Maintain visa trackers and ensure timely renewals to avoid penalties
- Support company licensing, labour cards, and establishment card updates
- Liaise with external PROs, typing centers, and government portals
3. Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure all employee records and visa files are audit-ready and compliant
- Track expiry of visas, passports, insurance, and licenses
- Support internal HR audits and documentation reviews
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company data
4. Employee Support & Coordination
- Act as the first point of contact for employee quires.
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to visas, documentation, and HR processes
- Support employee onboarding experience including documentation and orientation coordination
- Assist in employee engagement and HR initiatives as required

- Proficiency in MS Excel and HR systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in HR operations and PRO/visa handling in UAE
Preferred
- Experience working with free zone authorities (DWC/JAFZA)
- Familiarity with HRMS systems and government portals
- Basic knowledge of payroll processing
