Currently PT. Grand Indonesia is looking for a HR Training Officer with the following requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, HR Development, or other related HR functions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other digital platforms.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and project coordination.

Job Descriptions:

  • Coordinate and administer end-to-end training and development activities, including training registration, participant management, training logistics, learning evaluation, and the maintenance of training records and reports.
  • Support the preparation, monitoring, and administration of training budgets, reports, and other learning and development documentation.
  • Assist in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Training and Development plans, policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Provide information and administrative support to employees regarding training, learning, and development programs.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure the effective delivery of learning and development programs, training evaluations, reporting, and employee engagement programs.
