Hospitality Managers — Revival (North Loop, Opening Fall 2026)
Location: North Loop, Minneapolis
Jester Concepts is bringing Revival back to life in the North Loop this fall, sharing a home with Parlour Minneapolis. We’re looking for Hospitality Managers to help us build the opening team from the ground up and lead across both concepts under one roof. If you’re a hospitality nerd who lives for the floor, thrives on high energy service, and wants to be part of something new from day one, this is your shot.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily operations across both Revival and Parlour Minneapolis, ensuring the floor runs smoothly and the space is maintained at the highest standard
- Coordinate FOH training and hold the team accountable to Jester Concepts’ standards, building a culture that’s respectful, professional, and positive
- Be present on the floor, elevate the guest experience, and jump in on food running, pre-bussing, and table touches
- Monitor ticket times and steps of service to keep things moving and guests happy
- Lead ongoing service training, from greeting the table to POS systems to reading guest cues
- Support financial responsibilities including chargebacks/refunds, banking, and end-of-night checkouts
- Build schedules, make staffing calls, and assist the GM with day-to-day administration
- Contribute to weekly leadership meetings and support store social media and review response
What You Bring
- 2+ years of solid restaurant management experience
- Previous bartending, serving, or host experience
- A strong training background and a true desire to develop the service team, while continuing to grow and sharpen your own craft
- Strong computer skills, with Toast and OpenTable experience preferred
- Full availability September through November for opening planning, training, and grand opening
- High energy, outgoing personality with a genuine love of hospitality

Compensation & Benefits
- $65,000–$75,000 base salary
- Quarterly bonus potential tied to store performance
