Jenkins & Kling, P.C., a medium size Clayton law firm, is looking for Corporate Legal Assistant to join our team. This position will provide support to three of our corporate attorneys. Experience with Microsoft Suite, Adobe Acrobat Pro, creating and editing documents, categorizing, filing, and maintaining legal corporate documents, e-filing with the Missouri Secretary of State and other governmental agencies, handling of incoming and outgoing mail, time entry, and other correspondence, experience with managing zoom and teams conference call and other technology platforms (Dropbox, etc). Qualified candidates will be detailed-oriented, possess excellent communication, grammar, proofreading, and have strong organizational/filing skills.
