Robert Half is partnering with a boutique law firm in the Greater Seattle Area to identify a Paralegal who is ready to IMMEDIATELY jump in to assist and possibly join their team. This position is contract with potential for extension.
Location:
North Seattle
Pay Rate: $30-35 per hour
Duration: 1+ months, potential for extension
Schedule:
M-F, 8am-5pm
Responsibilities:
+ Manage estate and probate cases, including asset inventory, opening and closing files, and overseeing case progression.
+ Draft discovery documents, pleadings, and other legal filings with precision and attention to detail.
+ Prepare trial materials and assist in litigation processes to ensure thorough case preparation.
+ Meet and interact with clients to gather information, provide updates, and address inquiries.
+ Utilize case management software to track deadlines and maintain organized case files.
+ Conduct legal research and compile findings to support case strategies.
Requirements
+ 2+ YOE as a Paralegal in estate planning and probate law
The salary range for this position is $30-35/hr benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance. Hired contract/temporary professionals are also eligible to enroll in our company 401(k) plan. Visit for more information.
