I. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct training and coaching on Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) and Fire Prevention & Fighting (FPF) for employees.
  • Manage records related to OSH, Fire Safety, and Environment.
  • Inspect and monitor safety and environmental practices, propose recommendations and corrective actions.
  • Prepare environmental and occupational safety reports as required by regulations.
  • Carry out periodic environmental monitoring.
  • Manage waste and implement pollution control measures.
  • Monitor and arrange inspections for equipment subject to strict safety requirements.
  • Ensure company compliance with the Environmental Law, Chemical Law, Occupational Safety & Hygiene Law, and other relevant regulations.
  • Identify risks, propose corrective measures, and coordinate with authorities in case of incidents or emergencies.
  • Implement and maintain 5S activities.
  • Support activities related to the Company’s ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 systems.
  • Participate in environmental projects and initiatives to promote sustainable development.
  • Support customer audits and reporting requirements.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual reports to the Department Head.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned during the interview.

II. Requirements:

  • College or University degree in Environmental Engineering or related fields.
  • At least 2 years of experience in an HSE position in a manufacturing plant with 200+ employees (preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 implementation in Chemical/Ink manufacturing plants.
  • Strong knowledge of Environmental Law, Chemical Law, and Occupational Safety & Hygiene Law.
  • Ability to work independently and communicate in basic English.
  • Honest, diligent, proactive, and supportive.
  • Willingness to learn and grow with the role.
