As we continue strengthening our organization, we're looking for a Head of People & Legal who is excited by the opportunity to build organizational capability, develop people, and shape the way we work together.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building organizations, developing people, and strengthening organizational capability.
What You'll Build
Working closely with the Managing Director and business leaders across the organization, you'll help shape several important initiatives, including:
- Embedding our Work Level & Skill Set Framework into how we develop, assess, and grow our people.
- Strengthening our Corporate Culture, ensuring our values are reflected in everyday behaviors and decisions.
- Building stronger ways of working through critical thinking, data-informed decision-making, and customer insights.
- Developing meaningful Talent Management practices, including onboarding, buddy programs, capability development, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Establishing practical people policies and legal frameworks that support both our people and our business.
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience building and strengthening people practices in an organization where HR works closely with business leaders.
- Brings strong business acumen and enjoys translating business direction into practical people strategies.
- Has experience in organization development, talent management, leadership development, and culture building—not only HR operations.
- Enjoys coaching and developing junior team members.
- Is comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Brings practical solutions, curiosity, and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Has strong Thai language proficiency (internal communication is conducted primarily in Thai) and a good understanding of Thai business and cultural context.
