Role Description The Compliance Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in Dublin. This position is responsible for maintaining and monitoring compliance with HSE, regulatory, and internal standards, including accurate documentation, credentialing, and adherence to policies. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing and updating compliance records, tracking expirations of mandatory certifications, and ensuring all medical and locum staff files are complete and audit-ready. The role involves coordinating with recruitment, finance, and operations teams to verify data, support contractual obligations, and manage compliance-related reports. The Compliance Administrator will also assist with internal audits, support responses to external inspections, and contribute to process improvements that strengthen compliance controls.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Regulatory Compliance knowledge, including familiarity with healthcare or staffing regulations and audit requirements.
- Candidates should possess excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and regulatory bodies.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to review documentation, identify discrepancies, and support data-driven decisions.
- Candidates should possess a basic understanding of Finance, particularly in relation to compliance-related documentation, invoices, and contract terms.
- Relevant experience in healthcare, staffing, or a regulated industry, ideally in a compliance or administrative role.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with office software (e.g., MS Office, spreadsheets, database systems) and comfort working with digital records and reporting tools.
- Post-secondary qualification in business, healthcare administration, law, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
