IntelExpress is seeking to appoint a highly qualified, strategic, and internationally experienced Head of Legal to lead and further strengthen the legal and corporate governance framework of IntelExpress and serve as an Legal Advisor for the United Financial Group (UFG).
United Financial Group (UFG) is an international holding company that brings together several businesses operating across financial services, payment solutions, logistics, hospitality industry and etc.
We are seeking a smart and ambitious legal professional with strong academic background, excellent language skills, and a willingness to grow within an international corporate environment.
Your Role
The selected candidate will work closely with the Group’s management and external legal partners on a variety of legal and corporate matters across multiple jurisdictions.
This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in international business operations, corporate legal processes, contractual work, and cross-border projects within a dynamic and fast-growing group structure.
Key Responsibilities
· Assisting in the preparation, review, and management of contracts and legal documentation;
· Supporting corporate and administrative legal processes across the Group;
· Conducting legal research and regulatory analysis;
· Coordinating with external legal advisors and international partners;
· Participating in cross-border projects and internal legal initiatives;
· Supporting internal compliance and corporate documentation processes;
· Monitoring legal updates and regulatory developments relevant to the Group’s activities.
Candidate Profile
· Degree in Law;
· Strong academic background;
· Excellent command of English;
· Strong analytical and communication skills;
· High level of responsibility, professionalism, and attention to detail;
· Ability to work in a multicultural and fast-paced environment;
· Previous experience is welcome, but strong potential and motivation are equally valued.
