THE ROLE We have an exciting interim role for an experienced property lawyer to cover for the Head of Legal for 3 months starting in September The post holder will be responsible for heading up, developing and managing a team of legal professionals in addition to providing legal advice at board level The work of the legal department is varied and covers;
lease extensions, enfranchisement, licences, sales, property litigation and finance in addition to more general corporate and commercial issues THE CANDIDATE You will have 8 PQE handling residential property work, ideally with a solid private practice background You will have sound management and leadership skills in order to lead a busy team overseeing a variety of matters for a large property portfolio The successful candidate will also be expected to deal with the wider business, offering advice and guidance on a range of corporate and strategic matters In return, a generous salary and benefits package will be offered to the successful candidate The role will be office based for part of the week with flexible working arrangements Lipson Lloyd Jones Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
