Key Responsibilities
- Support attorneys through all phases of litigation, including hearings, mediations, trials, and case preparation
- Manage litigation deadlines, court calendars, scheduling, and case organization
- Prepare hearing notebooks, exhibits, trial binders, and supporting documentation
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and third parties in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with discovery management, document collection, and file organization
- Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to help cases progress efficiently and effectively
- Maintain accurate billing entries and case management documentation
