Job Description
As a Head of Legal, your main responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing all legal matters and ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Providing strategic legal advice to support business decisions and mitigate risks.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements.
- Managing relationships with external legal counsel and regulatory authorities.
- Advising on corporate governance and compliance frameworks.
- Handling disputes and litigation cases effectively.
- Monitoring legislative changes and assessing their impact on the business.
- Leading and mentoring the legal team to ensure high performance.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Head Of Legal Should Have
- A law degree from a recognised university.
- Strong knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements in the industry.
- Proven experience in contract negotiation and drafting.
- Proficiency in managing compliance and corporate governance matters.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle complex legal issues and provide practical solutions.
- Fluency in English and Vietnamese
