Job Responsibilities :
Lead # Petchem Business Support Team# to ensure timely deliverable of Group KPI in line with SLA / OLA agreed with Petchem Group#s individual Business Sector. Ensures compliance of all statutory rules and regulations applicable to export post shipments and Account Receivable operations of domestic Sales pertaining to Petchem Segment. Mitigate risk by having system controls. Ensuring process governance & compliance on all aspects of Company policy . Business partnering by supporting the Business to achieve the overall goal . Customer supporting by ensuring the timely issue of CNDN & payment . Implement Talent Management processes to develop internal talent through succession plan & mentoring. Work for instilling ownership mind-set and agility in the Team
Planning and monitoring of day to day activity to ensure that KPI agreed in the SLA-OLA is adhered
Business Partnering & Customer Support – Supporting the Business in achieving the over business goal by providing the required inputs / MIS. Getting the customer loyalty by ensuring the timely services.
Ensure internal controls are in place for processing, completeness and accuracy of transactions.
Ensure that the company is always protected by complying with all applicable statutory, regulatory and internal policy / guidelines.
Data analysis and providing timely and accurate information on various day to day transactions. Attending KPI Review meeting with stakeholders.
Responsible for reviewing, improving and redesigning business processes as part of continuous improvement -Service delivery to Business.
Ensuring timely account closing activity at segment level.
Liasioning with Internal and external Group, including channel partner for ensuring the day to day operations.
Provide cross functional training in all processes and develop good knowledge pool to facilitate smooth operations and handling of emergencies. Second #in-line development , mentoring and coaching
Education Requirement :
Professional degree ( CA / MBA /ICWA etc)
Experience Requirement :
10 years of experience / Graduate with at least # 15 years of RIL experience.
Skills & Competencies :
Knowledge
- Knowledge of SAP / Microsoft Office ( Mainly excel )
- Knowledge of Accounting Principles, International trade practice , International trade finance , RIL commercial policies
- Reasonable Knowledge of Indirect taxes , GST / Sales tax , EXIM processes etc.
- Basic commercial and Legal knowledge.
