We are currently looking for a Governance, Risk, and Compliance Specialist to join a dynamic and evolving environment where strong governance and structured risk management are essential to organizational success. This role requires someone who can establish clear frameworks, ensure compliance, and support leadership in maintaining effective control across all operations and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement governance frameworks, policies, and procedures across the organization
• Establish and maintain a comprehensive risk management framework and risk register
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, bylaws, and relevant regulatory requirements
• Monitor compliance status and report risks and findings to leadership
• Support internal and external audit processes and ensure readiness
• Review ongoing projects and initiatives to ensure proper governance controls and approvals are in place
• Identify, assess, and monitor risks related to projects and business activities
• Ensure all initiatives align with governance and compliance standards
• Support the integration of risk and compliance checkpoints throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Law, Finance, or a related field
• 3 to 6 years of experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance, Risk Management, Compliance, or Internal Audit
• Strong understanding of governance frameworks and regulatory environments
• Certifications such as GRCP, CRMP, ISO 31000, or CIA are preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills
