Workers’ Compensation Associate Attorney

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Workers’ Compensation Associate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who is passionate about advocating for clients, developing litigation skills, and building a rewarding career in workers’ compensation law.
Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of workers’ compensation matters from inception through resolution.
- Represent clients at hearings, depositions, mediations, and settlement conferences.
- Conduct legal research and prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
- Communicate regularly with clients, opposing counsel, insurance carriers, and medical providers.
- Develop case strategies and negotiate favorable settlements.
- Maintain accurate case files and meet court deadlines.
Qualifications
- Active license to practice law in the state of California.
- Experience in workers’ compensation preferred, but strong litigation experience in other practice areas will be considered.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $120,000.00 – $160,000.00 per year
