We are seeking a Government Relations Officer to join one of our subsidiary companies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling government-related matters, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations, and managing official documentation and approvals. The candidate must be available to join immediately.
Responsibilities:
Visit and liaise with relevant government entities to facilitate company-related transactions.
Process and follow up on company licenses, permits, visas, and other regulatory approvals.
Ensure full compliance with local laws, labor regulations, and government procedures.
Prepare and submit all necessary documents to government authorities in a timely manner.
Maintain strong relationships with government departments to support business operations.
Monitor changes in government policies and ensure the company adapts accordingly.
Assist in resolving legal and compliance-related issues with government entities.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in government relations or a similar role.
Languages: Intermediate English is mandatory.
Other Requirements:
Strong knowledge of government regulations and administrative procedures in Saudi Arabia.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple government-related tasks efficiently.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Must be available to join immediately.
