Job Description
- Client-facing role handling Contracts, Debt/Notes Issuance and Financial Markets documentation
- Drafting, review & negotiation of Credit, Rates, FX and Prime Brokerage agreements
- Regulatory compliance, legal advisory and research-driven contract support
- Strong stakeholder management across APAC, EMEA & US with excellent communication skills
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Legal Professional Should Have
- A law degree from a recognised institution
- Strong experience in Investment Banking, Capital Markets or Financial Services legal functions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
