Litigation Paralegal – Environmental Law Jobs in Milwaukee, WI at PS Companies
PS Companies is partnering with a well-established law firm to hire a Temporay Litigation Paralegal to support a collaborative team of two Environmental attorneys. Pay: $30.00–$35.00 per hour
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate all phases of litigation support, including document preparation, court filings, service coordination, and case management.
- Prepare, organize, and file pleadings, motions, notices, petitions, exhibits, and other legal documents in state and federal courts.
- Draft, proofread, and finalize legal correspondence, engagement letters, and case documents for attorney review.
- Maintain case files, monitor court deadlines, deposition schedules, and key case milestones to keep matters on track.
- Support attorneys with workflow coordination, document routing, template management, and process improvements.
- Organize and manage discovery materials, exhibits, electronically stored information (ESI), and confidential client records.
- Coordinate with experts, consultants, and witnesses, including scheduling, document distribution, engagement tracking, and invoice management.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients on administrative matters, ensuring timely communication and document delivery.
- Review and process invoices from experts, vendors, and service providers while assisting with billing administration.
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years of litigation paralegal experience or related legal support experience.
- Experience with state and federal court filings.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal document management systems.
Work Schedule: 40 hr/wk @ 8 hr/day
