What You’ll Do
As a key member of our legal team, you’ll help bring hope to immigrant families by:
Preparing a variety of immigration forms and legal documents under attorney supervision
Organizing, analyzing, and managing client data and supporting documentation
Keeping cases on track by updating status reports and managing deadlines
Reviewing and proofreading documents to ensure accuracy and completeness
Providing critical administrative support that keeps our team running smoothly
You’re a Great Fit If You:
Are bilingual in Spanish and English
Have at least 1 year of experience preparing USCIS forms in a fast-paced immigration law firm
Take pride in your organizational skills and attention to detail
Are confident using Google Workspace, Adobe Acrobat, and can quickly learn new systems

Compensation & Benefits:
$28/hour starting wage, with potential for raises
