We are looking for an experienced Automotive Title Clerk to join our team!
Hours:
Monday – Friday: 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Saturday (Mandatory): 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Compensation:
$18 – $20 per hour

Join our team at Driven Auto of Waukegan! We’re hiring an Automotive Title Clerk to manage our vehicle titling, billing, and registration processes.
Automotive Title Clerk Responsibilities:
Process and reconcile billing transactions efficiently and accurately.
Handle all aspects of vehicle titling and registration.
Prepare title work for sold vehicles and resolve any discrepancies.
Reconcile schedules and update daily logs and contracts in transit.
Assist with accounts payable and ensure invoices are processed promptly.
Answer phone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
Provide administrative support across multiple departments.
Embrace a flexible approach, as no two days will be the same.
Maintain organized files, assist with customer service, and resolve operational issues.
Automotive Title Clerk Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience in automotive office roles, including billing, license and title, and payables.
Proficient in CVR, ATC, CDK, and Dealertrack.
Strong communication skills, including answering phone calls professionally.
Knowledge of dealership systems and processes.
Ability to manage multiple tasks while staying organized.
Team-oriented and open to collaborating with colleagues.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
