A leading global organisation in the infrastructure sector is seeking an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join its in‑house legal team.
This is a senior advisory role supporting complex projects, procurement and governance in a dynamic operating environment.
About the role
This is a senior role and offers the potential to have significant impact. Reporting to the General Counsel, your key responsibilities will include:
· Legal support for major bids and project delivery matters.
· Drafting and negotiation of complex construction and commercial contracts.
· Advise on projects across PPP, EPC, D&C, O&M and Alliance models.
· Procurement, subcontracting and risk support.
· Working as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
About you
· 10+ years’ PQE.
· Strong front‑end construction or infrastructure experience.
· Commercial, adaptable and confident working with ambiguity.
· Able to operate autonomously in a senior role.
