Our client is seeking a Global Compliance Manager to support and strengthen its overall compliance program. This role is responsible for helping ensure adherence to legal and ethical standards across a broad, international business environment.
The position is based in Miami, FL and will partner with stakeholders across multiple regions. This individual will report to senior compliance leadership and play a key role in advancing compliance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development, implementation, and ongoing improvement of compliance policies, procedures, and controls
- Draft and communicate clear compliance guidelines for employees at all levels
- Oversee compliance training programs, including use of learning management systems
- Identify potential compliance risks and help design mitigation plans
- Monitor adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
- Prepare reports and updates for leadership on compliance activities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to embed compliance into business processes
- Contribute to special projects and other priorities as needed
Qualifications
- Experience managing or supporting corporate compliance programs
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to simplify and communicate complex concepts effectively
- Familiarity with learning management systems (Workday experience is a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, or a related field (advanced degree or certification is a plus)
- Solid understanding of compliance frameworks and best practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluency in both English and Spanish
